DownDog Yoga
@downdogyoga is now offering free livestream classes on their Instagram channel. Tune in Mondays at 6 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m., or Fridays at 12 p.m. for guided yoga practices (and check the account for updated schedules). All you have to do is jump on the livestream and roll your mat out at home.
New York Yoga
New York Yoga has just started free online classes. Right now you can join instructors @yoginidanny at 11 am, @rachelanunez at 2:30 pm, and @elinorraerigby at 4 pm for an all-levels Power Flow. Keep checking the studio’s Instagram for up-to-date information.
