Botanical Fare a brand new plant-based cafe in Downtown Charlottesville just opened this month. I took a trip down and I tried some of their breakfast options, a hot keto chocolate, and chia seed pudding. So excited to try the rest of the menu!

At Botanical, they believe that the future of food is plant-based. Everything on their menu is carefully crafted to be 100% plant-based (vegan) and therefore, sustainable. One thing we can all agree on is that everyone should include as many fruits and vegetables in their diet as possible!

They are really focused on sustainability: “A vegan diet uses 300 gallons of water daily, compared to 4,000 gallons for a Standard Western Diet. We believe that eating more plants is not only sustainable for the planet, but sustainable for your own personal well-being. At Botanical, we strive to go beyond the simple switches to recycling or reusing straws. Every small gesture counts and eating a plant-based diet will provide you with long-lasting benefits in all aspects of your life.”
If you are in the Charlottesville area, I highly recommend this plant-based cafe! The atmosphere at Botanical Fare was amazing and the breakfast options were divine.
