The classes are hosted by six BPL branch locations throughout Boston.
You can check out more than books at the Boston Public Library right now. You can also check out free yoga classes. The BPL is offering a winter and spring yoga series to anyone who wants a valuable experience in mindfulness, breath, and movement, all without spending a dime. These one-hour classes, in collaboration with YogaHub, are hosted by six BPL branch locations throughout Boston. You’ll find classes at Roslindale (the only location with virtual classes only), West End, Adams Street, Lower Mills, Codman Square, and South Boston that offer a variety of practice for all age groups — from gentle Hatha to active Family Flow to a seated practice for seniors. You’ll need to bring your own yoga mat, and registration is required.
